The Good News & The Bad News

I have good news and bad news.  The first (the bad) is personal.  Today I got my first speeding ticket since 1984.  I'm sad and while I tried to plead my case to the officer to get a warning for going 40 in a 25mph zone, I got the $190 ticket instead.  I'm sad and my husband is upset.  (Dear Customers, I need to earn $190 to pay my ticket.  Please order today.  lol)

Fortunately there is good news too.  My new Hostess Club begins tonight at 6:30PM.  It will be so nice to go spend time with friends making cards.  Here are the cards we'll be making tonight.  This month's theme is embossing and we're going to be using some of Stampin' Up's embossing folders.

There is other good news about the club too.  I have ONE spot remaining.  If you love making cards and Stampin' Up, please contact me today to be the 6th club member.  Here are more details in case you're interested:

1.  Members will meet once every month for 6 months, for demonstrations and/or hands on projects.  Stamp Club dates and times, will be determined by club members and Demonstrator.

2.  All club meetings are located either at the Chamber of Commerce or the hostess’ home.

3.  Each member will take turns being the Hostess.  The Hostess of the month will receive all the hostess benefits, which will be determined by the closing net workshop total (see hostess benefits in the Stampin’Up! Idea and Catalog).

4.  Each member must order a minimum of $25.00 in Stampin’ Up! merchandise per meeting.  The hostess may bring outside orders and/or bring one guest to club to boost her meeting total if she so wishes.

5.  If a member is unable to attend the club meeting, she is responsible for submitting the minimum order prior to the meeting.  Arrangements must be made prior to the Club Meeting date with the demonstrator.

6.  Clubs are limited to 6 members and will run the duration of 6 months.
